Skype for Pocket PC requires Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 or Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC operating system and either a Wi-Fi, EDGE or 3G high-speed network connection. A 400 MHz or faster processor is recommended if you want to use Skype for Pocket PC for calling as well as instant messaging.
